I am more confident now that I can use the knowledge and skills I have developed in my personal and professional life. I would recommend LPC to anyone looking to progress in their academics or career.

RUTA VASILIAUSKAITE

My employer emphasised me to get a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care to be considered for promotion. I have been motivated to study since I joined LPC and have completed my Level 5 apprenticeship also. I am more confident now and applying for universities, which could help me find a managerial job in the health care sector. I would like to thank the entire team and my assessor all for the ongoing support and encouragement.

I received one to one guidance from my teachers if I needed additional support. I am very happy that I have completed the course successfully.

MAREVIA DELORES LAWRENCE

I joined LPC to do my Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Health and Social Care when I was a carer. Upon completion of this course, I was offered the post of a deputy manager position within my organisation. This motivated me to do Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and Children and YoungPeople’s Services and I am the Registered Manager of a care home now. Thanks to LPC.
